5. WHAT HAPPEN AFTER 12 MONTH INSTALLMENT IS DONE?
User are required to pay yearly hosting fee for maintain services. We provide first year free hosting for our customer under new package purchase.
6. CLIENT NEED TO MEET UP WITH US BEFORE ABLE TO SETUP WEBSITE?
It depends on situation and complexity of the website need to be build. For promotion package such as web basic, basic commerce, FB live commerce or simple commerce are not required.
7. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMER AFTER SELLING?
It depends on selected payment gateway type and customer preferred payment method, from registered payment gateway can be transferred directly into your bank account and its fully control by customer.
8. WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS CAN BE REGISTER AS ONLINE PLATFORM?
It does not limit to digital or physical item that you can sell through online.
9. HOW MUCH IS THE CHARGES FOR EACH SELLING?
